Pattern Cutting Machine:(Reel Type) :
Is a heavy-duty clutch type machine the clutch system has an advantage of avoiding the parts from damage during full loading. Pattern Cutting Machine is fitted with a pair of 36” length plain roller, paper roll shaft, paper roll shaft adjustments, draw roller assembly carriage set with pattern cutting knife suitable for 5.57 only. The grinding dust will be collected by blower.
Production: 23 Patterns/Minute.
Power: one no.1.5HP motor for main drive and one no.1.5Hp motor for grinder drive with suitable starters.

Semi Automatic Paper Cone Winding Machine :
(Gadi type) is a heavy-duty clutch type machine which does all type of cone winding. It has a glue tank with glue applying roller for the patterns. This machine has facilities for manufacturing all type of cones by simply changing the cone making spindle and press bar. Pattern feeding has to be done manually to the spindle and ejection by pneumatic system. This is fitted with only one type of spindle and other types of spindles will be at extra cost.
Production: Our machine speed 23 Cones/ Minute (Production depending the winding machine operator)
Power: 1.5 HP motor 1 no. For main drive fitted with suitable starter (Without Compressor)

Printing Machine :
Printing can be done on the cone at top and bottom side and production will be 23 cones per minute. Cone loading to the spindle is manual and ejection by stripper mechanism . This machine’s printing is suitable for OFFSET INK & WATER COLOUR INK .This machine is driven by 0.5 HP motor with suitable starter .This is fitted with printing ink applying roller assemble and only one printing design and other types of designs will be at extra cost.

Paper Cone Nosing Machine :
In this Machine cone nosing and bottom cutting can be done. Manual feeding to the spindle and automatic ejection by stripper mechanism. This machine is fitted with 5.57 spindle and other types of cone finishing spindle will be extra cost.

Power: 1.5 HP motor 1 no . For spindle drive and 1 HP

Turret Type Paper Cone Velvet ting Machine :
This machine performs cone velvet ting for all types of cones and bottom side grooving. The production rate will be 23 cones per minute. This is fitted with 1.5 HP motor one no. For main drive and 1 HP motor one no. For velvet ting drive along with suitable starters. In this machine the spindle can be changed quickly and the velvet roller adjusted for any
Angle. This is fitted with 5.57 spindle only and other types of spindle will cost extra and
